SCRUM is a widely used agile method, suitable when the organization is facing projects with a high degree of complexity and unpredictability.

The Scrum Master has the role of facilitator for the team and has the task of removing obstacles and coaching and developing the SCRUM team to be able to work with the SCRUM method and follow scrum processes.

In this course you will get an in-depth introduction to SCRUM, the framework, the principles, methods and the daily work as a Scrum master. This will be done through presentations, discussion and exercises, several of which are practical exercises that will give you hands-on experience with the techniques.

After this course you will be ready for the certification exam and the work as a Scrum master.

Target audience

This course is targeted toward a diverse range of managers, team members, consultants and staff members who wish to acquire the necessary skills to successfully manage agile projects.

This certification is appropriate for anyone who is interested in becoming a Scrum Master.

There are no formal prerequisites for attending the course or this exam/certification.

Course outline and teaching format

The training is based on A Guide to the Scrum Body of Knowledge (SBOK™ Guide) and prepares participants for the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification exam.

Practical Information:

Duration: 16 hours of live online training (Virtual class room)+ Self Paced E learning 2 days or 20 days over 4 weeks

Language: The course material and certification exam are in English

Location: Online via live webinar sessions combined (Virtual class room) with E learning. You can follow the course from any location

Course format : Blended learning. including 21 training days over 4 weeks + 1 day with instructor-led virtual training sessions ( Virtual class room 8 live webinar sessions of 2 hours duration) combined with self paced e learning.
