The course consists of 2 parts
1. Basic project management (plan-based and agile)
2. Agile management and Scrum (the agile mindset/values, team and collaboration, 2 perspectives: Scrum master and Product owner role)
The course is aimed at anyone who works with projects or wants to work with project management in the future and would like to be strengthened in using both traditional and agile project management methods and tools.
If you want to follow the PMP certification program, please be aware that you must be able to document 3 years of experience with project management in order to participate in the certification exam.
