Among GBD’s knowledge resources are the books: I am Agile; Mastering the Business Case, Achieve Business Analysis Certification-The Complete Guide to PMI-PBASM, CBAP® and CPRE® Exam Success, Agile Certified Practitioner Exam – A Complete Guide for the PMI-ACP® Certification Exam.

The books are written by Klaus Nielsen, who is one of the founders of Global Business Development (gbd.dk) and has through his work gained extensive experience with PMI, IIBA and IREB tools, techniques, knowledge, skills and methods.

About the author:

Klaus Nielsen has a cand.IT and a double MBA (HRM and Technology) and has worked with project management, program management and as a professional business analyst for more than 15 years. Klaus has been associated with the IT University as an external associate professor since 2012 and regularly gives lectures at events, conferences and trade fairs. Klaus holds more than 30 IT certifications, including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PBA® and PMI-RMP® from the Project Management Institute, is a Certified Scrum Trainer and holds a number of Axelos certifications, including Better Business case practitioner, Benefits management practitioner.
