About the author
MBA and Certified Scrum Master Klaus Nielsen holds PMP, PMI-RMP and PMI-ACP credentials from the Project Management Institute and is the founding partner of Global Business Development in Denmark and associated lecturer in Project and Program Management at the IT University of Copenhagen. Klaus has over 10 years of project and program management experience in managing and delivering complex, high-visibility Information Systems projects and programs.
